This was clear in the video and this is a blatant violation of the rules, and I was reluctant to respond because he provoked me in a bad way and then insulted my father. Then he insulted my mother and father again. I was tempted to insult him as well, and I know this is wrong, and I deeply apologize for my mistake, but I did not insult his family. When he insulted my family, I saved the video and this is all that happened. I apologize for violating the server rules and I understand the extent of the mistake I made. That is why I ask you to give me a second chance, and I promise you that I will not repeat my mistake.
