Yes put POV here, mine should pretty much show the situation and the KEY reason as to WHY this all happened... but admins asked so if you have POV and feel its worth putting in, put it in

In regards to Vagos, unless more clear pov is provided I don't see any members shooting from the HQ. I do see some run to get out before opening fire, and the situation that led up to bullets is OUT of the HQ bounds for vagos.

In regards to Ballas, ID 3622, 41107, 41396 will receive a punishment for breaking rules 1.6. ID 5596 will receive a punishment for FailRP/FearRP/PG Talking while unconsious, Not following commands while a gun is being pointed at you and trying to open the trunk to hide all your guns and ammo. Ballas will receive a verbal siting outside an HQ provoking another gang.
