1) As the leader of families I will promise to contribute and participate in most of to the gangs events such as Clands, Gang raids and i will make sure to have maximum numbers at every event i do. i will make sure that my term stays strong like my past leadership with families and i would try to help all the gang members and give them a enjoyable experience in the gang.

2) With my professional Communication ability I am capable of managing all different gang activities including Fort-Zancudo, Store Robberies, Hostage Situations and BM Raid. With the help of my effective deputies who are able to run the gang without me having to be IN-City, all while following Ghetto, City and General rules. i have chosen deputy's who have been in the city for long time, and they all are experienced in running an organization like families.

3) My main goal as a Leader will be to do different situations daily, I will make sure that bonuses are given out to participants of daily situations, I will make sure that everyone in the gang is treated in the same way, With my team of turfers who have reached 100% turfs 4x times I am confident that we will reach 100% turfs all throughout the ghetto. I will make sure that there is at least 30+ active gang members daily but also having efficient shooters, to achieve that i will only be accepting people with past gang experience or 3+ year in the city, by doing this we will have dominant gang members that will be able to dominate the ghetto.


3. Your advice for improving the Roleplay level in the organization.
To improve the role play I will only be Assigning High-Commands who are active, mature and able to improve the roleplay in the gang. Constantly recruiting will be my way to improve roleplay in the gang because it is important that we have consistent active members in the gang that can any events and we will do events daily, gangs and Leos will have fun all together.
