Upon reviewing the evidence, I have decided to Accept this report
  • 2376 and 20312 will receive a warning
  • General Rules : 6.4 It is forbidden to kill a player who is unconscious.
  • 1.5 Nearby territories of organizations / businesses / parking / ATM / Bank and etc. - are the Green Zone.
  • Green Zone rules : 1.4 It is forbidden to use any weapons in a green zone except state organisations such as: FIB, USSS, SAHP, LSPD, NG) during an RP situation that requires the use of weapons. / Warn.
