Got banned by Jonny Odds for admin disrespect.
There was no admin disrespect, i said in club chat " go for Jessica" and i got admin disrespect? you do know there is more Jessicas than just Jessica Odds.

Anyway, Please read through rules such as ER 1.2.
Admins abusing their powers, banning people / punishing people for not the right reason.
When you make a valid point and they dont like it that you're right especially Jonny Odds and Jessica Odds, you will get punished.
as Jessica and Jonny doesnt know the rules such as ER 1.2 , they are supporting rule breaking and punishing people that are not breaking the rules.
Aswell there was no Admin Disrespect, as i was stating facts about the rules.

For the appeal on your ban, show what you wrote in CC and Tickets and let Alex/James decide if that is communication that is okay.

For the other situation: Regardless of Rules you name here, you cut away the part where Jessica tells both sides she will clarify if shooting and/or arresting is okay for starting on ACC. Until then we need POV to punish. We clarified for shooting - it is not okay for either side before event starts, regardless of time - and Player (or org, depending on the IDs we can see in our and your POVs) will get punishment accourdingly. Thats how a normally works. And especially when org might get punished you look twice.

Jessica picked you up and you could leave - also that is cutted out of the POV. I think thats an absolute fair solution in this situation, since you can even come back.

Not everything can be done instantly in the bat of an eye. If you feel like something was done incorrect we can still normally talk to us. ACC is IC event, still we have rules for how to start on ACC and we will clarify them further so next time nothing like this happens again. If you feel that picking you up and letting you leave, then clarifing to then punish correctly and fair for all sides afterwards, when everything is cleared up is the wrong move, then im sorry you feel that way. Being disrespectful is never an option, we are all human.

Okay, first and foremost, what tickets , show me any tickets that has admin disrespect on my behalf. Additionally. IN CC I wrote completely nothing so can you please show exactly what you're talking about? Check the logs of chat, nothing is written from me that has admin disrespect.

Next, Jessica did not pick me up. It was the cops that picked me up , a Cop that knew the rules and knew that they weren't meant to kill us which is following ER 1.2 rule. Jessica only appeared when I was already picked up and ready to fly out.
Jessica did not help me on any terms in that situation.
Furthermore, I did not cut the part Jessica was saying something. As you can see in the POV , I flew away because I clearly know the rules and I know that you were wrong and I was right so I did not want to enter the conflict of this.

Additionally, I feel offended that you have punished me for stating that the orgs should get punished because they broke the rules ER 1.2 but I get punished for stating that you don't know the rule ? And Orgs are free to go in this case.

No disrespect but this is why the server is dying, because we need proper admins who know the rules and do not abuse there powers. I got banned for telling the truth and facts about the rules and I get banned for that. I say this is completely Abusing your Admin powers as you have the right to ban someone for anything. And this ban was completely for no reason as there was no insults or disrespect on Admins , just because I said read ER 1.2 rule, you ban me.
That is complete unfair and power abusing.
