Video speaks for itself but I'll explain my reason for the report anyway.
They showed clear "Powergaming" when they stopped at the petrol station to instantly refuel, in real life this wouldn't be possible and they would be caught at the petrol station or run out of fuel.
They also showed "UB Driving" by continuing to drive after excessively damaging accidents, I performed many manoeuvres to stop the suspect vehicle and IRL that car would not be in a driving state.
