Hi,

This situation happened more than 6 months ago. At that time my both accounts main and twink got banned for anticheat even though there is no cheating involved.
I raised a forum request and got my main account unban. But my twink account is still banned for the same reason.
Attaching previous forum thread as proof
Kindly requesting you to unban my twink account aswell.
