Julian was born in San Andreas and Julian has grew up in a rough childhood and both of his parents died soon as he was 10 years old so his grandma took him in, his Mom and Dad died in a plane crash, so Julian’s grandpa brought him up in Michigan and lived there for 5 years. When Julian turned 15 his grandpa wanted to cheat on his grandma so he left Michigan in his car and left his grandpa at the hotel they were staying at and julian Escaped but moved to Los Santos due to his dad being in jail and wanted to become a FIB Officer when he grew up to make money for his grandma and make her wealthy.

Julian joined the mafia because his Dad was in the mafia , Julian robbed a couple of banks with his friends and everyone got caught but Julian and his other friend jumped out the window and ran and all he had was $100K on him and a pistol and all he was learning was how to become a LSPD Officer, he joined LSPD and then went threw a whole term, went to SAHP and stayed there the whole term and then joined FIB and then decided that LSPD was better to make more money for himself
