John's lifestory: John was born in Little Italy Brooklyn New york where from a young age he was exposed to the crimes of the mafia by his father having ties to the local mafia and with his mother being absent. He started his life of crime by doing petty theft and burglary. John was adopted into the mafia at the age of 15. He was respected by the most cutthroat criminals because he was not afraid of anybody no matter who they were earning the trust of those around him through actions not just words. As the years passed and John's influence expanded beyond the cities limits the criminal underworld recognized his prowess and even law enforcement struggled to pin things on him, John was a mastermind always one step ahead of his foes. Despite his criminal history John gained a sense of responsibility over the community he was raised in so he became what he once hated a police officer. Once he became a police officer he tried to cut off all former ties to the mafia but word spread and he was hunted. To evade the mafia he moved the the city of Los Santos to pursue his career as a police officer. However he could never lose the criminal mindset he had making him a police officer in the day and a criminal by night.
Career story: John began law enforcement as a beat cop patrolling the same streets he grew up on. His approach to policing was rooted in connection with the community understanding that trust was crucial for effective crime prevention. As he gained experince and notoriety as a police officer his efforts were noticed by the mafia he was once in. On a cold winter morning John recevied a call that would change the course of his career. He was told to leave the city or else he would regret it. John decided to move to the big city of Los Santos where he continued to pursue his career as a police officer. In doing so he has become allies with gang members and crime families making him once again recognized by crime.
Outcomes:
1. John can take bribes (Up to 100k)
2. John can carry and use illegal items and weapons, he can also sell and buy illegal items from other people or black market (except organization weapons and items)
3. John can conceal his identity and initiate in a variety of illegal activities
4. John can use truth serum on someone who he doesn't trust in order to torcher and interrogate
5. John can release his 10-15s if he wants to (with an rp reason)
6. John can refuse to show his ID or provide a lawyer to a 10-15
7. John can smash and destroy bodycams if found (using the /try commands twice per situation)
