Rejected VDM and provoking | ID:1236

Ballas are killing my gang members infront of our HQ and this dude (ID:1236) rams me with his car inside of my HQ, provoking by saying "Hello noobs vagos" "how are you noob vagos"....
This happens everyday, the roof camps, HQ camps, Tauntings infront our HQ entrance and perimeter, etc....

the id in question hits you once due to you running in front and towards his car this i believe was an accident it also shows him saying oh my god vagos this is not provoking
