As I am writing down this report, administrator named "James Pluxury" banned me for OOC insults for 7 days. Before I go on and put down evidences, I'd like to clarify and highlight the fact that I have no personal grudge against anyone and rather just stating my opinion here, regardless of whether this report gets denied, accepted or thrown in the bin. This is not an unban appeal, rather a form of concern or complaint about the decision making.
CONTEXT:
Conversation started in FIB emails with an agent named "Clem marshal" stating the fact that incase of harassments, she will call admins to help her. This was A statement given by her involving absolutely NO threats whatsoever.
Along with, was screenshots and videos of Webby Spanking and Ash Flawless in clear violations of GR 6.19 (6.9 It is restricted to do any sexual actions in relation to any person.(It is allowed to leave in case if you are a victim of sexual harassment(RP rape) etc) | BAN 3-7 days) . So I decided to intervene on my behalf as Webby and other FIB agents involved to this situation were wrongfully regarding it as a "threat" to report, even if it was a THREAT to report. Reporting is anyone's right and everyone withholds the right to report someone in case they break the rules.
Clearly, many agents in the FIB server were not keen to follow rules or be held accountable.
When I intervene to defend a pretty valid point for someone I know, the Webby Spanking and Sergio decided to go down the toxic route. Making fun of "ID/numbers", organizations and other crucial things which can be considered personal.
This to me, can easily be considered Provoking, disrespectful and many other things I can name. Then, Webby Spanking started to "threaten" me to NOT delete the message, directly indicating that he will report me, which is of course FINE. I am not a dick, neither do I get upset over someone reporting me.
Also the fact that telling someone that they are being stupid or ridiculous or out of their mind is NOT OOC insults, it is simply an opinion in regards to that situation. With all respect, James failed to understand the proper situation and decided to take a severely out of context image, provided by Webby to ban me.
I am not salty at all for the ban, it is more of the fact that other people in the FIB discord was held accountable for their actions, such as Webby who continued to threaten and also harass and break GR 6.19 in OOC chat in FIB NON-RP radio, talking to ash about "sex rp".
The point I am trying to highlight or defend here, is that the unbiased ban taken by administrator James Pluxury and letting other's on the lose, without assessing the situation or properly taking in the context.
I would also like to mention that as soon as this situation unfolded, I tagged FIB curators to help resolve this ASAP whether that included me or anyone else in the FIB chats. If I had the true intentions to OOCLY insult someone, it would've been clear. The chat given to James Pluxury were taken out of context and hence a blinded decision took place. I am not asking for an unban appeal, more of the fact that other people were let on the loose while only a few were mentioned in that matter.
Not to mention, the countless accounts of favoritism by Webby Spanking, hiding logs, breaking FIB IC rules and all that, which is not related to this report.
All the things that I mentioned in here, I managed to take some screenshots because I knew Webby would use his connections to get me in trouble. The screenshots will be found in the link below demonstrating indirect threats, toxicity by FIB agents in "OOC CHAT" and other stuff.

I know, I will see comments on this report with people defending themselves, which I will simply not entertain. Regardless of what the result of this report is, I have felt the need to bring this topic up to the curators of the project, and I know many people currently playing GRP will agree with the things that I have mentioned, regardless if they are related to the situation or not.
This is not to appeal for my ban nor my actions, nor to disrespect or discredit anyone from what they did. Simply a situation that could've been dealt way in a better way or in, a more BIASED way. I request the curators of the project to reconsider and investigate higher up administrations for the accounts of extreme favoritism. I appreciate the work that ALL GRP admins put into keeping the server safe.
