Kakashi had always cherished a dream of becoming a pilot since his childhood days. He looked up at the stars every night hoping to be among them. He had a dream even from when he was at 3 years after completing school and studies; The years of undying devotion and persistent efforts finally paid off. Career Story:
From a notorious gangster to the heights of the SAHP, my journey was both improbable and tainted. Rising through the ranks, I became Chief of Staff, a position of power and influence within the GOV However, the shadows of my criminal past cast a lingering corruption. The dichotomy of enforcing justice while harboring a dark secret challenged my every move. As the GOV Chief of Staff, I walked a precarious line, torn between redemption and the allure of my former life. The struggle to reconcile my checkered history with the pursuit of justice defined my turbulent career, a constant battle within the corridors of power
Outcomes:
1- Kakashi Hill can engage in any criminal activities/break state laws while on or off duty.
2- Kakashi Hill can torture/interrogate/kill for information or use truth serum (using /try command 2 times per situation).
