I am writing you asking for help regarding my situation
Yesterday i was going to buy car Obey Q8 from ID 351020
i texted this guy ID 351020 i told him i will take the care for 5.5m when i will sell the appartment because he rufuse to exachnget with my appartment the i told him that i will the cioty and when i will back i will text him but he said ok i accept exchange with appartment and 1.7m when we meet i told him sell me the car for 1.75m he did a mistake he sell me the car for 185k and i accepted then i give him the appartment and we talked about the last price i should give him i said 1m he accepted so i gave him 500k cash and 500k to his bank account with 185k for car and you can check the POV and screanshots i put then i leave the city buceause i told him already before that i need to leave the city
so he put forums for me and i got punishment for General Rule 1.3(SCAM) + 1.7 + 1.
he dont have enough proofs for the situation but i have all pov for the situation
1- i did't ask him to sell me the car for 185k, i told him sell me the car for 1.75m and he give me an offer for 185k for the car and i accept (his mistake not my problem) (proof in Picteur N 1 and 2)
2- i give him 500k (proof in Picteur N 3)
3- i give him the appartment (if i was going to scam him i could just leave why should i give him the appartmernt and i know he dont have POV) (Proof in Picteur N 4)
4- i send him another 500k in his bank account (proof in Picteur N 5)
5- for leaving the city i told him before all this that i need to go from the city amd when i come back we will talk but he said lets do it now fast, so when we finish i leave fastly because i had to go that why (proof in Picteur N 6 AND 7)
Finally if i was going to scam him i wont give him the appartment and 1M even he did a mistake i give him the money and in the middel of our speach in game i told him that 1.7m is too much so he accepted to take 1m
