Mad's Life Story:-
Mad was born by American immigrants in japan.his father was a member of public secret intelligence Agency of Japan and he was the secret lead detective of the improsters crime family at the age of 5,his parents fell victim to Robbery/homicide, conducted by the improsters syndicate ,sumiyoshi-kai during the incident, he tried to fight off the invaders,with no prevail.the clan spared his life and instead took him to clans Leader the King .the king made the decision, instead of killing Mad,he would have him trained and molded to the ways of the improsters.Mad quickly claimed in rank surpassing all of the other orphan Japanese children, who suffered the same fate as him. His brutal tactics and savagery, earnest him the name "Mad Marshal". Trought Mad's life ,he always knew that in the back of his mind, all the horrible things he did,by the will of the clan, was wrong. He acted out of survival. failing a mission or task, would ultimately be punished by severe beatings or even death.when he turned 15,he advised a plan to flee form the clan,but not before he punished those that stole his family and life from him.
Mad Career Story:-
Mad Fled the country and flew to San Andreas,as a city where he knew he could start a new life and leave his past behind him.with the men that killed his family gone, he could now focus on making sure that,the things happened to him, didn't happen to other children,the best place he could do this with law enforcement.he had an inside contract from the LSPD,who knew Mad would be the perfect fit for the org.now, after 5 years with The LSPD,he has become one of the top Rankin Senior Special Task force Officer.the life of a criminal/or assassin,has molded him to know and see things that others may not.
Outcomes:-
1- Mad can engage in any criminal activities/break state laws while off or on duty.
2- Mad can torture/interrogate/kill for information or use truth serum (using /try command )
3- Mad can Take Bribes max Upto 100k near 10-15
4-Mad,when arresting/letting go a suspect, is able to take all illegal/legal weapons instead of confiscating them.
5- Mad is able to sell/buy legal/illegal weapons and or/ items from others or the Balck market,as well as sell classified information. (Not org weapons)
6- Mad can lie about requesting a lawyer to a 10-15 and instead process them,as well as not show his ID to conceal her identity.
7-Mad can arrest someone for fake charges/capture them if he severely dislikes them or for revenge.(within sufficient RP reasons, and nothing too serve
