After Greetings

Few days ago In this forum Reviewed - POV REQUEST I 55893 they asked for my pov and I uploaded it it's very obvious that there was a glitch but hence Federico asked me to contact him for pc check and I contacted him...he started the pc check and everything was fine then he asked me to open my twink I told him I have no twink then he left the call saying already banned I asked him what is the reason of the ban but no answer!!
I respect the rules and everything all I wanna know Why i'm getting ban for something I have no hand in it ..I never cheat...I play fair and square
