Dear Administrators,

I received a Gen 1.1 because when I attempted to create my RP account for the first time 1 years ago, I encountered difficulties Like I Create Account But Register Not Complete So I Make To Many Times. Consequently, I mistakenly registered multiple times. I want to clarify that despite these attempts, I have not made any progress on any other account. This was an honest mistake on my part, and I appeal for the opportunity to rectify it.
