Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
I want to become the leader of Marabunta because , im experienced in gangs, since i was the leader of vagos in the past .
1 - Im aware how gangs works really well. I have friends who have been leaders . ive learned from my mistakes in the past leadership in vagos
2 - I've observed that marabunta has good features and i see my self to lead the gang .
3 - the gang has many features that are not being used effectively, and I, as a leader, will keep all the gang members active and try to make a lot of events
Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
Improving the roleplay level within an organization can be a rewarding endeavor that enhances engagement.
i will make sure to attend all events and make sure that players are familiar with city rules and will make the gang do alots of robberies , RP situation such as hostages , make sure that we work as a family and all people react in a peace way between each other , also split money after a good work between participations and will make more rp between gangs leaders and members
