I made a deal for a car with this guy for 1.4m . He say the 10% tax is going to deduct so i made a stupid mistake and trust him and pass him 1.4m directly and then he left .
Can anyone do something?

I was trying to sell my car then this guy came to me and wanted it for cheaper but i didn't want to sell it for less so he told me just come meet me near car dealership so i meet him there then he gave me the money and told me to transfer the car that's when i left because i don't want to be a part of tax evasion and was making a form to report him then i saw him in this form.
