I was there to protect my state object and when I reached there I saw a guy (ID:60290) unconscious and he after that again came back to the same place in his personal vehicle in less than 15mins (check the time stamp). I have uploaded videos as proof so please review it as he is breaking multiple rules in that event and do the needful. Thank You
