The admin in question did not address my report of RDM. He issued a punishment for something else, however, it seems his processing of the report is incomplete and selective.

These guys surely broke GR 6.15, but the admin did not address the report, and did not provide an explanation why they were not sanctioned for it. Does this mean that it's okay to shoot taxi's clients without any RP?

Please let me know if I'm missing something.
