Hello, I got banned for one week from Club Chat for typing "amk", while this player gets muted for typing "amk".

I'm not sure if the rules have changed, but my punishment needs to be lifted or the other person needs to be banned. Additionally, I regret this situation as it's the first time I've experienced such an incident. You can be sure it won't happen again. I would be grateful if the duration of my punishment could be reduced.
