Hello Mazhor, Unfortunately I have to file this complaint because the higher ones are unfortunately not really interested and therefore many players are lost. It's about the players being seen as opponents at the moment and you work against the players. De1 has a suggestion for improvement channel where very many players want more friendliness from the admins as well as more help. For example, someone makes masses of rdm on the market or other places and tickets are spammed and unfortunately no one still comes many answers also just clip and forum.
Cheaters who obviously cheat and spam different families tickets are not taken but only asked "Why?" While the 3 hours of events have been destroyed and we both know that you can quickly recognize a cheater.
People write out of desperation in the clubchat that a cheater is destroying the event because you don't get a reaction in the ticket and for that you are put in jail or muted even though we players only want so much help then because the fun is taken by cheaters
Unfortunately, we no longer get proper support like months ago, which is why many go, especially with massen rdm is not answered but answered "forum" or there is no answer first, we are desperate why we make the complaint.
The previous team removed modded things due to many complaints about performance but they did everything again that doesn't even look good
Rules are come up with that do not exist at all regarding unoff, we are not allowed to do anything anymore, in no organization, in events you are not even allowed to go to a roof, which is why many no longer want a family, is that really well considered? 2 years it went without the rules and everyone had fun, no one wants the rules.
Please Mazhor do something before everyone leaves the server because of it, we are making so many improvements and it is never read through or taken to heart, we all just want to have fun.
