They first rammed and then ID: 43386 killed me without any reason.

This man was provoking me on numerous occasions - you can hear at the 30 second mark, what he says (a rude comment). I agree I should not have reacted so strong but I was feeling angry at the comments and provocation.

Upon reviewing the evidence, I have decided to Accept this report

ID 43386 will receive a punishment for DM in city
ID 29848 will receive a punishment for Provoking

In the video you can see that a id 43386 killed 29848 in the city which is not allowed but 29848 did provoke him to do that by saying a rude comment to make him angry and get a reaction
