There is no Bug Abuse nor FailRP in this POV you have provided
First POV: its a known bug that when you put someone into a bugged car like the AMG the script bugs out and not put them in the car, so I rolled with the RP and walked off so you could try again, then you uncuffed me and I did what any logical 10-15 would do, and run as I dont want to be arrested for no reason.
Second POV: Its your own fault for not confiscating my weapons at doc, I saw my opportunity to make an escape, I took it, I shot you and demanded SAHP to open the back door to let me out.
As DOC is an UNSCRIPTED GZ, which means RP can occur which involves shooting, as long as its not RDM, GZ 1.1. only applies if its an RDM in an unscripted/scripted Greenzone.
