Leon tennedy , driven by a desire to make a difference, joined the law enforcement service with high hopes of serving his city los santos. However, as the years passed, his disillusionment grew. Despite his dedication, his meager salary left him struggling to make ends meet. Frustrated and desperate, Leon succumbed to temptation, delving into corruption to supplement his income.
