Ran after him to perform a identity check etc, he got in his car. I then aimed my shotgun right at his face at close distance but he doesnt seem to care for his life and just drives off. Can all be seen in evidence.

- ID 200 will receive a punishment for NON-RP.
- They failed to fear for their life while they had a shotgun 2 feet away from them. This will not be tolerated.
