Rejected Killing in Green Zone

So here's a screenshot cuz i dont knoe how to record the screen.

2 Guys chasing me at the beach market, staying next to me all the time, killing and shooting me in the green zone. That has happened twice now with the same guy.

Im still pretty new in this game but i know you cannot kill in green zone and i havent shot or punched anybody in there(also you cant).

So staying 1 metre away from the line of red and green zone allows you to kill in green zone? cant be right.

2 Screenshots should be proof enough imo.
