I was just showing a new family member around the city and about to get off for the night when I saw a debt collector truck rolling up to Outsiders fam house. I quickly ran to our private property and turned around to speak to him. He said not a single word and gave not a single command. This happens to me all the time. I try and have fun with these debt collectors and do some RP but 99% of the time they never say a word or give a single command. This time I luckily happened to get user ID #309854 on POV not giving any commands. It is my understanding a debt collector is supposed to engage in commands.
