6.15 When outside the GHETTO you must engage in RP before shooting someone. For example issue them demands and if they do not listen to your demands within 5 seconds you can shoot them. | WARN
following this rule, i pointed a gun at him and gave him another demand to step out of the vehicle, counting 5 sec afterwards, and he ran (Fail RP - First POV)
when I finally manage to catch him, I gave him another demand to stand still after i patch him up, and he tried to escape inside his fam house (Fear RP - Second POV)
