1. Why do you want to become an admin?
For me, becoming an admin is about more than just gaining access to additional tools and privileges. It's about making a meaningful contribution to the community that has brought me so much joy. I want to be an admin because I care deeply about the well-being of the server and the players who call it home. I want to use my position to help maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone, and to help address any issues or concerns that may arise. I am also passionate about helping players who are new to the server. I remember how intimidating it was to join the server for the first time, and I want to use my position as an admin to help welcome new players, answer their questions, and ensure that they have a positive experience. I believe that a strong admin team is crucial for helping new players feel welcome and included, and I want to be a part of that team. In addition, I am a dedicated and responsible player who takes the rules and regulations of the server seriously. When I first joined the city in server 1, I didn't understand the rules and messed about quite a bit. Now in server 3 I feel like I deserve a fresh start as I know all the rules now, I understand the importance of maintaining order and respect within the community, and I am committed to upholding these values as an admin.
2. What are your strengths?
In terms of my qualifications, I believe that I have a number of strengths that make me a good candidate for the role. For one, I am a strong communicator who is able to remain calm and professional in tense situations. I also have a keen eye for detail and am able to quickly identify rule violations and take appropriate action. Finally, I am deeply committed to the server and its community, and I am willing to go above and beyond to ensure that everyone is happy and having a good time.
3. What are your greatest weaknesses?
While I am committed to performing my duties to the best of my ability, I acknowledge that there are areas where I may need improvement. One of my weaknesses is that I can sometimes be too detail-oriented, which may slow down my decision-making process. I am aware of this tendency, and I am working on finding a balance between being thorough and efficient. Another area where I have room for growth is in conflict resolution. While I am generally able to handle conflicts calmly and respectfully, there may be situations where I struggle to find the right words or approach. I am actively seeking to develop my conflict resolution skills by reading books, attending seminars, and seeking guidance from more experienced admins.
4. Will you be ready to leave RP life to become an admin?
Yes 100%. I have had my fun in the RP world and now its time for me to move forward.
5. Will you be ready to sell your business? (It's restricted to have a business while you are an admin)
Yes, I am completely aware that I will have to sell my business. I do not have any.
6. Any IRL issue or Situation that is Preventing you From being Active at the moment?
There are zero to none issues or conflicts that are preventing me from being active at the moment. I am back after taking a long break from GrandRP. In this time I have learnt to RP to an amazing level. I am planning to stay here now and the future. That is my plan. I have learnt so many things that I believe you guys might find useful. I want to to be admin to share my knowledge of RP and help people RP to the best way possible to insure everyone is having an amazing time. On top of this I want to stop the people who are breaking the rules! I am a fair and nice guy, I like giving people chances, but when they take advantage of that, then punishment is involved.
