- Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
I played on EN03 for over a year, taking on roles from being a civilian, a low rank in state/crime organizations, high ranks in state/crime organizations, deputy, and leader. I think I've experienced most of the RP there is, and I would like to begin a new journey, learn new things, and get new experiences.
Many of the friends I've made on this server have already become admins, and I would like to join them in this endeavor. I'm really eager to become an admin, spending my time on GrandRP helping players, learning new things about being an admin and spending time with my old friends who are now on the team.
Eventually, I would like to become a curator of a state organization as I think my experience in being in every state organization, on almost every rank would be really helpful in this job. I know how it is to be a low rank, a high rank, a deputy, and a leader since I held those positions achieving rank 28 in every state organization besides EMS and LI, being a deputy of NG, LSPD, and FIB, and being the leader of FIB for 4 full terms. I want to do my best to help leaders, deputies, and every other player in an organization to have the most fun, while also generally helping them to have the best terms possible, bringing in my expertise and ideas to help improve Role-Play in state organizations.

- I'm a very experienced player as mentioned before.
- I'm a quick learner.
- I'm very adaptable to different situations.
- I respect teamwork and mutual respect a lot.
- What are your weaknesses?
- I could be a little hesitant when dealing with situations I've never dealt with before, as I can't allow myself to make mistakes, I would spend some extra time making sure I got everything right before taking action at first.
- I'm quite critical of myself, and expect others to also do their best under any circumstances.
- I pay a lot of attention to details, which sometimes makes people think I criticize them.
- What skills can you bring to the admin team?
I'm a team player, doing my best to keep a positive environment wherever I am, I'm good at improvising in situations that need rapid action to resolve issues at hand, and I'm very familiar with the way things are done on EN03.
