1=Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
i want to became admin because i have played RP alot in different cities like i also have an account in server 2 and now i want to help the other player to enjoy the best rp server like grand rp and tell them about the rule's so that they cannot break the rules of the server and they fellows can enjoy ther server as well and if we talk about the experience in en3 i am caption in usss of goverment and previously i was in ems and work as first responder in gs department and i gained alot of things in city as a criminal as well aa civilian
Since I enjoy playing role-playing games in real life and this server has taught me a lot about how to conduct real-life RPs, I won't be giving up on my RP life just yet. On arbitrary days, I would keep playing from my Twink account. My desire to uphold the appropriate RP standards in the city and get rid of all the bad actors—especially those who use cheats and glitches to play RP and take advantage of players who are truly giving it their best—is what inspired me to quit RP life and become an admin. I wanted to contribute to improving it while preserving the dignity of the server.
2=What are your weaknesses?
I am a little short-tempered. With my growing age and self-responsibility in real life, I have learned to overcome and tackle situations in a balanced way..
3=What skills can you bring to the admin team?
I would finish my assignment in the allotted time. I would make sure to uphold the admin team's hierarchy and make an effort to offer my suggestions for potential areas of growth in order to attract additional gamers. In addition, I would like to maintain everyone's unity as a family and help the team develop.
4=Will you be ready to sell your business? (It's restricted to have a business while you are an admin.)

5=Any IRL issue or situation that is preventing you from being active at the moment or any time soon?
My workday runs from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM in the Indian Standard Time Zone. I am unable to work in the city during this period, but I will make sure to work at least four hours a day before leaving for home, and on my weekly off, which falls on Thursday and Friday, I will be able to work ten or more hours. I wanted to be upfront about my timings even if nothing is stopping me from arriving in the city.

I am a quick learner when it comes to new things and I have good communication skills.
