He is helping his friends for not geting warning and ban from a long time as i made a complent against his friend he take the form quickly on consideration and not taking action . more then 48 hours have been passed

Either They are admin them self from another accounts or friends

And last and the truth is you are allowing them to rule break by your system they have money and they take Prime platinum and make remove warning
