Life Story:
Freddy Andres was born and raised in a tough neighborhood in Chamberlain Hills in the very heart of the place called Ghetto, dealing with a lot of challenges. He grew up in a small apartment in a tough neighborhood where people often had a hard time making a living. During his teenage years, he got mixed up with local gangs and lots of illegal actions. Even though Freddy Andres faced a lot of problems, He still graduated from Davis High School. Because he was very intelligent, after some time he got a scholarship to the University of San Andreas it was a chance for him to get away from the tough life on the streets but the influence of the criminal world still tempted them.
Career Story:
After college, Freddy Andres by specializing in the Special Weapons And Tactics sector he catched the attention of the San Andreas Highway Patrol, and he received an invitation to join the SAHP. While moving up though the ranks from Cadet, Seargent all the way to Chief of SWAT, he observed shady dealings and misconduct within the SAHP departments. The idea of power and money tempted him, so he started to do small secret operations way outside the rules. They made friends with big criminals in Los Santos, trying to be both a law person and a bit of a rule-breaker. Freddy's suspicious actions, mixed with a weird idea of what's right, made them important in the SAHP but also got them watched by the inside people. Freddy deals this with guilt and the fear of getting caught and trying to keep balance in this crazy world of justice in Los Santos.
Outcomes:
1. Freddy can take bribes from anyone up to a maximum of 100K
2. Freddy can reduce jail time sentences, remove a person off the wanted list or even let them walk free if he decides to (Only friends/family or someone paying me well) With Proper RP (up to 100k)
3. Freddy Can go to the ghetto to shoot/kill/rob people for fun or to save his friends.( will not Fight with the Leos )
4. Freddy can buy/sell and use illegal items/guns in black market. ( but not SAHP items )
5. Freddy can lie about a lawyer's availability.
6. Freddy can destroy anybody's body cam ( using /try twice only per situation ).
7. Freddy can become a hostage if he is bribed, up to $100K.
8. Freddy can torture people to get information from them.
9. Freddy Can search suspects for their bodycams, and destroy them by smashing them on the ground. (using /try)
10. Freddy Can use his org weapons, armour and balaclava to respond to situation Quickly while he is off duty to help out other Leos. ( Will not break gen rule 6.3 any how and will not store org items in car trunk or in house warehouse and won’t use org stuff for personal use)
