2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
- Because I know the values that a good leader should have, in order to finally bring common success and strength! in addition to respect, awareness of responsibilities and obligations is a must! in order to create a certain chemistry between themselves. But together you can face other organizations and defeat them! in the meantime, I will apply unique goals and tactics in all areas of the offense and show how effective and powerful an organization can be in the right hands.
-I have good ties with Ogs from other Gangs. I know all the rules that an illegal group must follow.
-I want to introduce more RP not only related to other Gangs, but also, as the leader of Los Santos Vagos, I want to connect with various corrupt State forces that contribute to the strength of my Group.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
I have observed that several gangs have failed to enforce their Decrees, as they have made many exceptions among themselves and in general. The most important thing in the gang is to be respected and behave decently, so I have set a minimum age of 16 to join, and you must complete tasks to prove that you are worthy of the Gang (e.g. Selling a small amount of weed) to circumvent these duties, a gangster would have to vouch for them, which would have to carry the blame in case of sanction. That's why I encourage the RP of those who want to join the Gang, and at the same time I test the RP of those who are already in the Gang. In addition to increasing the Rps when joining the gang, I will constantly try to do something with the Gang, if this does not work, mandatory times will be introduced for gang activities, as in the PD.
