2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?:
- Leading a gang as Vagos is a great chance to manage the geuttou and let the criminals to enjoy being a vagos member. and i will make sure that everyone reach to full of RP by following my orders and my goals in this organization . and show the right place for vagos by making a challenge in geuttou and shows that no other gang control the geuttou except Vagos . to make that work Vagos must given to the right hands to manage .
- with my long experience in the city i can garantie that no rule will be broken. using this experience in leading this Gang will be such an amazing thing for the gang.
- Vagos location counts as a very good location wich is far from the other gang . that means our teretory is under our control . i will use that control to improve the RP level in the gang and anything else related to Vagos.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.:
by my experince.. to lead a crew we need to be more Sympathy and understanding with the gang's memebrs . and showing them the right way and the correct procedure for everything who leads to increase RP level .
Raising the morale of the members is as important as the good conduct of the gang. and that will be done by :
- promotiom ceremony evry week .
- giving bonuses to each member the amount related to his work .
- making vagos more then a gang for work .. making it as a family they can trust.
my goals need to be achieved :
- attending events .
- high activity in geuttou
- complete the given tasks
- following the higher orders.
