Section 2(I): Much of what I know today has been shaped through my leadership roles in prominent organizations, but it's the streets and gangs where I've carved out my identity and gained unforgettable experiences. Leading organization members with decisive communications and effective communication has been a consistent success, ensuring victories in various scenarios. My primary focus revolves around asserting control in marginalized areas, actively participating in role-playing situations, and organizing events like store and gun store robberies that may not be on the radar of other gangs.
Section 2(II): I place significant emphasis on building connections, understanding the mentality and morals of our members, aiming to foster a stronger organizational bond. Our track record of achieving 100% control in turfs will be replicated under my leadership. I've instituted a Toxicity Forbidden Policy and designed custom recruitment tests to ensure a professional and well-established gang experience, both in-character and out-of-character.
Section 3(I): The core of my efforts is directed towards roaming, immersive role-playing situations, and providing members with an authentic gangster experience.
