Hi, Respected Administrators,
To Bobby and Floki,
My affiliation is with EN-3. I have worked with groups like SAHP and FIB for more than 8–18 hours throughout the city since February 1st, 2023, which is almost a year ago.
I have focused entirely on the legal organization and have picked up a lot of knowledge in the process. I was away from the server for three months due to IRL work, but I came back to work with FIB. Since then, I've worked along with my EX leaders and a handful of trained colleagues. They could work as administrators, in my opinion. I was just given a 1.1, and it was only an accident as I followed the crowd during a store robbery. Although we all make mistakes and grow from them as humans, it seems unfair to judge my one-year experience based just on a single, recent mistake.
My former coworkers, who are still administrators on the admin team and are well familiar with me, are the best people to ask. For instance, we receive grooming training when we join a new organization, and based on my one-year experience, my advice is not valued simply because of my past disciplinary history, which is very unfair. The admin team is still seeking for teammates who can support the upkeep of decorum in the city, so please give my application another look and allow me to operate as a team with you. Having the ability to communicate in Hindi with all non-English players is a plus.
Thanks & Regards
