Rejected Ban for unknown Reason

Back when EN3 launched me and my family decided to create a character in EN3 for just in case we would like to switch.
So we created the characters and left back to EN2.
Today i decide to come to EN3 and figured out that i'm jailed for 170+ hours for something i've never done.
When i came into this city i started in the hotel like everyone else and that's where i left the city as well.
Therefore i don't agree with the punishment.
