Rejected Blocked for no reason

Dear Mazhor,
I got Shot today in a parkin lot nearby the green zone and i recorded it. Now i got blocked for 60 days for no clear reason by admin mohamed_Pluxury. Admin said that i got any advantage for my Graphic and gave me 60 Days blocked from Server(4.1 Gen Rules). I told him that my Game is laggy and buggy in Orginal GTA Graphic it keept Crashing, so i downloaded Network Graphics to fix the appearance of the graphics and that's it. It's not like im using any cheats, i'm just doing it for my graphic settings so it works with my PC and i can play. It's just for better fps and smoother gameplay. Then he told me that i have Death effects and i dont even know what that is but in what perspective should death effect help you in any situation's, excuse me but there is no reason to block me i got proof that im not using whatever that death effect means. im just sayin you cant say Graphic then go with death effect afterwards.
,I'm apologizing if i have gone against a rule, but i promise that i have no thing as am advantage through the fixed graphic settings.

We dont allow change of game characteristics to not mess with the general game and how it works. Same as we dont allow phyics changes which is also a given game characteristic. In this specific case; with the blurr, vignette and Black/White you may not be able to see everything you see with a complete normal and bright screen, If you get picked up for example you then have more info then someone playing normal. Its a difference if im able to see and recognize a small head in the far back (like the red parking 4th floor) or if i couldnt see that because i had normal deathscreen blurry and b/w

Bro, he means to say that your when you die you don't get the black/blur effect on your screen like others do. You get a clear screen which gives you an advantage because if someone patches you up you already know where everyone is or what is going on.

Removing death effect is when you die the screen should be black like you see here and the drug effect should have 3D effects on the screen the redux you have is from graphic network not everything is legal as they claim be careful of these stuff you can read more in general rule 4.1 Players must not have any kind of software that gives any advantage.(Disabling drug`s effect, hacks, bots etc.) | Ban 60 days

fam just remove it upload a pov of clean gameplay and ask for unban. they might do it.
