Sorry if the title is incorrect, kindly correct me if possible.

My main motive to make this application is to make you aware that I am changing my wifi connection IRL (changing network provider) which may change my IP Address. So I just want to request that if I join the city with different IP Address, it's just because of the new internet provider and I am not breaking GR 1.1 I hope you understand what I trying to say.
