Not Receiving Grand Coins

Anyone else getting screwed on their free 15 grand coins after 5 hours of play? Twice now I’ve gotten down to like 10 minutes left until I receive my free grand coins and what happens, the server resets. I reconnect and have to start over the 5 hours again. No coins received. So dirty.
