So I am at Black Market with a family member when this person kills my family member, I go to revive my family member where I get killed by ID 103198 when I revive him. Afterwards he starts parent insulting in Turkish and consistently provoking by being toxic. Plus when he gets hit by a car, he probably spams F to not fall and is seen in the second video. (bug abuse) As he is on his way away, he VDMs me.

As a Turkish, I can confirm he keeps saying `Orospu Çocuğu and Ananı Sikeyim` which can be translated into `Son of a bitch and Fuck Your Mother`.
