2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? ( List three reasons with an explanation )
A. My Passion : National Guard is one of my most favourite Organization and I have been working under this for the past 2 terms. I love to serve and protect the city and I have a good amount of skill in leading a huge team. During my past terms I had a very good experience in NG but I love to take its leadership and enchance this experience to a next level by implementing my own systems. NG is a very friendly organization suitable for players of any type. The exciting thing I felt about NG is its productvity in teamwork, and the more we sharpen Teamwork, the more stronger the organization will be.
B. My Skills : I excel in leading a team and I confidently believe I can lead the entire organization with the help of few of my under commanders. I want to make NG as approachable it can be, to the majority section of people in the city. I will make sure every department and section of this org runs smoothly and in an efficient way.
C. My Determination : I am confident and courageous enough in my determination for leading this repute and precious org. This org is very important for both the city and the Other Organization. I know the huge resposibilities bestowed upon a leader of any Organization and I will try my 99.9% to obey the rules and maintain a good experience for soldiers in NG and other departments.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the Organization .
A. Working with other departments and maintaining a good relation with them.
B. Attending all events undergoing in the city in a Realistic way and with max people
C. Giving out a huge amount of bonus to all the people working at NG to ensure they stay motivated and love their job
D. Arranging few extra curricular events e.g. Training, Promotion ceremony, etc and collaborating with other orgs to keep a fun element.
