His car was parked illegally in the middle of the road. I gave him 5-10 seconds to move his car, but he didn't. I'm being sent to jail because of PC 3.5 Failure to Comply.

and his not in the sleeping mode at the this time.

I don't have a pov because it's been 48 hours since the incident.

And when I search him, I learned that he was doing PC 2.5.2 Overcarrying.
