Leader of FIB
Reasons for applying:
1. I have tried both state and crime. Crime, I almost finished, had 4 days left but was on LOA and my deputy unfortunately couldnt finish it correctly. However, my state time was really good. I took GOV on top and finished the term with 0 warnings 0 verbals with even 2 verbal passes. Now I know I didnt finish my last term of crime, but it was 3 days left while I was on loa. Which will not happen again!
2. FIB always has great terms, good activity and good people. However, I think FIB lacks a bit in the RP. Which I tend to up with a term and possibly second term. The only reason I did not take the second term on GOV was because there was nothing in it for me personally.. With FIB this is different.
3. I'm a natural born leader, I know how to pick the right person for the right task, so I'm sure that of all the applicants to come, I would be the one leading it the best
Advice for improving RP within FIB:
1. FIB is an investigation bureau, not a ticket writing state organization. Within my term we will focus on getting evidences on big names, this means not only crime orgs, but also unofficial orgs will have to start watching their back with me as FIB director.
2. I tend to focus on having a great team of undercovers. Not only in ghetto, but also undercovers that just mainly focus on getting evidences against unofficial families. My main focus is really to start having RP moments with unofficial fams to since that is a bit lacking. Of course without targeting!
3. FIB is an overpowering organization. I tend to change this in a way that not EVERY situation is taken over by FIB. Every other org should be on equal grounds as far as I am concerned. But, every org should have its own task. I tend to use FIB for mostly INVESTIGATING even during situations. So the other orgs can lead crime situations to.
