1. Why do you want to become an admin? I've been playing on this server for 1 year and 6 months and I'm in love with the project. I try to fly in everyday if I have time. I've done basically everything that I'm interested in doing: Roleplay, LSPD, SAHP and LifeInvader. I feel as though I'm ready to take on a different challenge such as being an administrator. There are many moments where I'm sitting around doing nothing when I could be putting that time to good use helping out with the server. I encounter a hefty amount of players who break the rules pretty frequently. (RDM, VDM, CR, FearRP, Mixing, Provoking)
2. What positions have you held in the city? (Crime and State)
LSPD: Patrol Officer V + Towie (William Robinson), Parking Enforcement Officer (Neron Hill, Ronan Quinn, Steph Silverburn)
SAHP: Master Trooper III (Rocky Waters)
LI: Senior III - Senior Supervisor (Slicky Nicky, Waseem Meeran, Nor Calipso, Bulkk Kaizen, Valecort Alkan, Tommy Gold, Rich Yasser)
3. What are your strengths?
- Fast response times.
- I have administrative experience in other communities/games.
- Adequate communication skills.
- I'm fair. I try to listen to both sides before taking disciplinary actions.
- I engage with the community and am always glad to give advice to players who are just starting out.
- I'm efficient in multitasking.
- Since I'm in CST, I'm usually active when most admins aren't online.
4. What are your greatest weaknesses?
- One of my greatest weaknesses is when someone is lying to me, I can get irritated pretty easily.
- Another would be perfectionism. I try to make sure I'm doing a good job and not skipping over anything. This sometimes leads to stress/delays in decision-making, but I'm actively working on this and I always attempt to learn from my mistakes.
- Difficulty saying "No". I can be a little too lenient sometimes. For example, when a player requests exceptions, or additional support.
- I have trouble memorizing the rule numbers.
5. Will you be ready to leave RP life to become an admin? Yes.
6. Will you be ready to sell your business? (It's restricted to have a business while you are an admin) Yes, I don't have one.
