2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
- I was in NG For three terms under Jack Verlice, Mayur Brew and Daisy Sans, And I was Major general also in daisy's term so I know the working, system and the environment of this organization. Also I have experience in all LEO orgs so I know how to co operate and work together.
- I want to make Los Santos more safe and protect the citizens by reducing gang activity and do ghetto patrolling to check if Ghetto is active or not and also being leader of my first ever organization when I arrived in the city of los santos is whole another level feeling.
- I also want my 1st leader experience after all. I know the quality of a good leader and also how to make an organization active even though it became dead. I would also try to give the best bonuses to keep the org active and I will also try to protect my home which is FZ from all gang raids and stuff.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization
- Do ghetto patrolling at least 3 times a week
- Attend all events and protect FZ from all gang raids as much as possible.
- I will also ensure a great and smooth RP experience with all LEO organizations
- I will arrange special events for the citizens so they don't feel bored at all.
- I will make sure my Deputies and high commands are working well in my absence.
- I would also like to have these departments under me :
A. Human Resource : They will recruit new individuals, take their interview, make their logs and give them the best training so that the new people could work their best and protect FZ and the beautiful city of Los Santos.
B. Military Police - They will do bodycam checks, BGC checks, activity checks, license checks, and also they will try to reduce corruption in the military so that the organization works perfectly.
C. Air Force - They will do sky patrolling around FZ on a daily basis and provide Air training to new individuals if they wanna join AF. They will also provide air assistance in any event like gang raid, BM Raid, etc.
D. Counter Terrorism Force - They will protect Los Santos From Terrorists, provide ground assistance to the soldiers in case of FZ Raid and attend all events like ACC, Aircraft, Store robbery, etc.
