Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
1.NG was the first Organization When i joined the city. I've been to mostly All the Orgs in the City But NG was always a Home to me. I've been in NG for more then 5-6 Terms. I love the Environment of NG. Nobody disrespects any soldier. They all have a great bonding regardless of the Ranks. I want to Continue this journey, Respect will always be prioritized.
2.When other orgs cannot stand the store robberies, hostage situations, and other illegal activities, NG can act as a backup to the three major orgs such as LSPD, SAHP, FIB, and if needed for GOV. And we can provide help to them in BM raids, Gang Raid, Ghetto Patrol, etc.
3.There will be no favoritism everyone will be fair promotions for their hard work and time so they can be do great work with us and always be some of solider for ammo runs and help other LEO orgs and as a General of National Guard i will try to be most active and friendly with my solider.
4.I'm gonna make sure it is a Fun Term for them with strict rules to max out the roleplay and make NG the best org Out of the state orgs.
5.NG will do patrolling with other Organizations so that state of los santos safe and look more active.
6.I want to make sure that everyone is trained properly so that no mistakes happen because working at National Guard is all about practical thinking and thinking in solutions rather than problems.
Your advice for improving the Roleplay level in the organization.
1. Firstly National Guard is army so i will be focusing on getting more numbers in National Guard specially getting old ng members back , daily conducting mass recruitments so we always have units with well trained.
2. I want our work with other organizations in professional ways. We will work hand by hand to achieve the highest Roleplay in National Guard and everywhere.
3.I will give chance to everyone to proof themselves and show their capability and give them promotions every week on basis of their performance.
4.I want to make sure that everyone is trained properly so that no mistakes happen.
5.In my term i will recruit Soldiers from different time-zone so that we can attend every Store, global and events in High numbers. I will focus on quality over quantity. NG will be the most friendliest organization of all. I will make sure that every HC is polite and Cool towards every soldier( Specially High Command) and other organizations.
6.I will make interview a bit difficult so that we get quality soldiers.
