2.Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
1: I selected this Org beacuse i have been High commands in many orginizations and in ng i was hc in two terms i have alot of experience as hc and i think that i can handle this org very well and i will make sure that i will take all tranined and experienced officers as hc. We will make sure that every hour our units are on gate to do their duty.
2: . if i get the leader i will work with dedication, loyalty and with full motivation towards the organization and i will aslo make sure there is no favouritism in our org and make my org free from toxicity. I will give a good bonus package to my units too.
3 : I will collaborate with other orgs the we the we do work together in friendly atmosphere i will try my best to make this org active then others org and on top.

Gate Keeping - 20k Per hour.

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
My advise is that if i get leadership i will make a better communication and a good connections with my units and other orgs. For my units i will do 3 promotion cermoney in a month to reward them with rankup for there activity and great job. i will make sure that we use radio as a professinal.
I will assure units are always available for every situation and also on patrol this will hopefully stop the chance of any warnings for inactivity.
